# Mobile ticket refund

You may have paid too much for your ticket

An error has been discovered in the fares for Mobile Tickets between January 15th and May 30th, 2023. This applies to tickets covering 7-14 zones.

The error has been corrected, but some customers have paid too much.

All affected customers have been notified directly by sms.
