# Apply for refund

Apply for a refund if you have paid too much for your ticket

An error has been discovered in the fares for Mobile Tickets between January 15th and May 30th, 2023. This applies to tickets covering 7-14 zones.

The error has been corrected, but some customers have paid too much.

All affected customers have been notified directly by sms. So if you have received a message from us, you can apply for a refund using the form below.

Applications are processed monthly and payment will be transferred at the beginning of the following month.

*You can apply for a refund until November 30th, 2026.*
